Yoga Flow

Join us for Flo's Saturday morning Feel Good Yoga Flow class on 24 April, 10am, online on Zoom. 

It's beginner-friendly and open to LGBT+ women and non-binary people. 

Roll out your yoga mat, put on something comfy that you can move in, and join us in a morning flow session from the comfort of your own home.

Your instructor, Flo, is a Yoga Teacher, Nutritional Therapist and Founder @Bewaved. She loves to teach people how to swerve the BS and find genuine wellness; we're all individuals and there is no right or wrong way to approach health and wellbeing. You can find Flo either on her yoga mat or in the kitchen snacking.
