Queer Tarot Reading Workshop - Going Deeper (In Person, London)

Dive a little deeper into the tarot deck and expand your practice with our Queer Tarot nights. In each session we will explore a theme - looking at a smaller series of cards, exploring new spreads, sharing creative approaches to the deck and reading for one another. These nights are perfect for finding more depth in your readings, for learning from each other and for sharing your practice in a queer space. Together we will explore what it means to queer the tarot by growing our understanding of the deck as a community.

These nights will be facilitated by Sarah April Lamb - follow her instagram @findme_fool for updates on what themes we will be discovering! They are suitable for people with a little bit of experience with tarot, looking to expand their practice. If you're curious and totally new to tarot look out for our 'Intro to Tarot' events!

Bring along a journal and pen, and if you have your own tarot deck (or collection) please do bring along your cards. Sarah has a few to go around if you don't have your own!

About Sarah April Lamb

Sarah is a movement artist and tarot reader, with her practice rooted in radical tenderness. She believes in working gently and sensitively with imagery, conversation and the body, searching for stories in the cards that bring us into alignment with our deepest sense of self. Sarah is the creator of FIND ME, FOOL, a site-specific performance exploring queer experience and tarot, that uses the imagery of the tarot to tenderly depict the joys and struggles of daily life in a home of chosen family. As well as tarot reading, she facilitates embodied tarot work where she guides both readers and querents to delve into the deck through the body, using movement to uncover memory, experience, image, emotion and understanding in response to the cards, finding depth and personal connection.
